Important terms and conditions before you purchase our course material.

1. No right to cancel when you purchase the course.

When you buy a course from us:

• you have no right to cancel this contract once the purchase has been completed.

• you must read the following statement, agree to it, and tick the relevant box when buying digital content from us:

 ‘I hereby consent to immediate performance of this contract when clicking on the ‘pay now’ button and acknowledge that I will lose my right of withdrawal from the contract once access to online content has begun’.

• Permission to use the digital content

When you purchase digital content (including course material) and download it. you will not own it. Instead, we give you permission to use it (also known as a ‘licence’) only for the purpose of completion of online learning according to this contract.

The paid digital content (Course material):

• Is personal to you. You can use it wherever you want in the world but only if you comply with local laws;

• Is non-exclusive to you. We supply the same or similar digital content to other users;

• May not be shared, copied or redistributed by you in any medium or format, or download except for its approved purpose, and as long as the material is attributed appropriately.

• May not be:

• Changed by you and then the modified material distributed

• Sold by you to any third party;

• No legal terms nor technological measures can be used to restrict others from using the content under the licence
  
  

All digital content contains information and material which is owned by us. You must not conceal, change, or remove any markings which show who owns this information, such as copyright (©) or logos.

 You will not obtain any rights of ownership or other rights (of whatever nature) in the digital content or in any copies of it.
